Why we exist.
Three years of original research kept arriving at the same answer: enterprise AI is failing at the readiness and organizational capability layer, not the technology layer. Most consultants sell a new strategy. Most vendors sell a new platform. Almost nobody is helping leaders put the strategy they already have on AI.
